I enjoy conducting early morning boot camps because they set the tone for the rest of the day. When you exercise early in the morning, you jump start your metabolism. If you want to lose a few pounds, you need to incorporate exercise into your daily routine. Over the years, I have found that is can be challenging for people to find a window of opportunity to work out. People have numerous scheduling conflicts which prevent them from finding time to work out. Therefore, I have found that the morning is the best time to workout.
Exercising early in the morning will improve your sleep pattern and the quality of sleep you get on a daily basis. It allows you to reset your internal clock and feel more alert throughout the day. I have had thousands of people lose weight as a result of exercising in the morning. The other benefit is you get your workout out of the way before your day begins.
Now, I don't want you to avoid working out if your schedule does not permit you to workout in the morning. You should incorporate exercises into your day when it works best for you. Let's start shedding some pounds. Get moving.
